Stock Exchange Announcement No. 7 - 2005 Realkredit Danmark launches a new version of FlexGaranti® - a floating-rate bond loan with an embedded interest-rate cap. The maximum interest rate and hence the payments under FlexGaranti® is capped throughout the term of the loan, which may be up to 30 years. In contrast to the existing version of Flex-Garanti®, the new version will not automatically become a fixed-rate loan if the interest rate on the loan reaches the cap. Realkredit Danmark offers its new version of FlexGaranti® with an embedded interest-rate cap of 5% or 6%.
