Legal documents - CRD/Basel II
CRD stands for Capital Requirements Directive. It is an EU directive regulating the capital adequacy of banks and financial institutions.
CRD, witch is based on Basel II, replaced the existent rules in 2007. There will be a transition periode until 2010.
