Realkredit Danmark will hold an auction on mortgage covered bonds for the refinancing of FlexLån^® as of 1 January 2010.

The auction of 1-year bonds denominated in DKK and EUR and the 3-year and 5-year bonds denominated in DKK will be held over fifteen trading days from 18 November 2009 through 8 December 2009.

The auction of 2-year and 4-year bonds denominated in DKK will be held on one trading day - Monday 7 December 2009.

The auction of 2-year, 3-year, 4-year and 5-year denominated in EUR will be held on one trading day – Tuesday 8 December 2009.

Auction of 4-year bond – maturity 2014 denominated in DKK
Realkredit Danmark will concentrate the auction of 4-year bond on a single trading day. The reason for this change is that the total amount of the 4-year bond to be put on auction has been reduced significantly since Realkredit Danmark announced the terms for the auction.
